Regal Lettings are looking for a well presented individual with excellent interpersonal skills as well as good time management and organisation. The role involves booking and attending inspections of our managed properties and sending out reports as well as dealing with remedial works identified. In addition the role will involve working within the property management department. This role requires an individual to have the use of their own car, the position is based in our Rainham management department. Salary £12-£14,000 depending on experience. Lettings Negotiators
Regal Lettings are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our busy teams in the Maidstone and Medway areas. The roles involve registering applicants, viewing properties, negotiating lets and dealing with new let paperwork. Being a good communicator with excellent administration skills are requirements of the role. Due to the viewings, applicants will need to have their own car. OTE of £18,000PA.
